More information: BS&F Capitol Hill boot camps has been the main training ground since 2009. As Capitol Hill grows and changes so does our facility. When out doors we train on a brand new turf field. When we go inside we train in a brand new basketball gym and a weight room with treadmills, rower, weight cable system etc. Our location provides tons of exercise equipment and toys. BS&F Capitol Hill is the only group training program that trains indoor and out in the area. Group training is held outside (spring/summer) on turf field and inside only if it’s raining and during the winter season (fall/winter). At our Capitol Hill location please enter through the rear of the school. We will be in the gym (take the 1st right).

Thursday| Strength & Conditioning Training (circuit training of weight & cardio)

Friday| Cross Conditioning Training (city running, speed & agility, in-line running)
